Whole-School Development

Supporting relational practice, behaviour, wellbeing and inclusion across whole-school communities.

I work alongside schools to develop relational, emotionally informed approaches that support behaviour, wellbeing, belonging and inclusion across the whole school community.

Support may include:

  • Review and development of behaviour and wellbeing policies
  • Relational and trauma-informed practice development
  • SEMH provision mapping and strategic planning
  • Staff confidence and capacity building
  • Reflective practice and emotionally informed approaches
  • Inclusion, behaviour support and relational approaches to wellbeing
  • Development of nurture provision and intervention pathways
  • Consultation around complex pupil presentations and school systems
  • Transition support and emotionally informed approaches to school belonging

My approach is collaborative, reflective and tailored to the individual context of each setting. I work alongside school leaders, SENCOs and staff teams to strengthen understanding, improve consistency and develop sustainable relational practice across the school environment.

This work is underpinned by the principles of nurture, understanding and wellbeing, supporting schools to build emotionally safe environments where children and adults feel supported, connected and able to thrive.
