Coaching, Mentoring & Supervision

Supporting staff wellbeing, reflective practice and emotionally informed approaches across educational settings.

Reflective supervision and mentoring session supporting emotionally informed practice and staff wellbeing.

The importance of reflective supervision is increasingly recognised within education as an essential part of staff wellbeing, professional development and emotionally informed practice.

I provide coaching, mentoring and reflective supervision for professionals working within mainstream and specialist educational settings, including pastoral staff, SENCOs, teachers, teaching assistants and wider support teams.

Support may include:

  • Reflective supervision for staff working with complex presentations
  • Coaching and mentoring for pastoral and SEMH roles
  • Emotionally informed staff wellbeing support
  • Relational and trauma-informed reflective practice
  • Support around boundaries, regulation and professional resilience
  • Group supervision and reflective spaces for teams
  • Staff confidence building and emotionally informed responses
  • Consultation around relational approaches and behaviour support

My approach is relational, reflective and non-judgemental, creating supportive spaces where professionals can think together, process complexity and strengthen emotionally informed practice.

This work is grounded in an understanding that relationships sit at the heart of effective SEMH support, not only for children and young people, but also for the adults supporting them.
